As always we will provide you with world class service in diagnosing, repairing and servicing your strapping and packaging equipment.
Please understand that John Kuskie Mechanical has implemented new safety and cleaning processes in our service calls. We take every precaution not only for our customers and their employees but also our staff. First, we practice proper social distancing. Second, we clean and sanitize all equipment frames, buttons, switches, and outer parts of the machinery prior to repairs or maintenance. After service is complete, we re-clean and sanitize all areas just as we did prior to starting service. We also wear gloves, masks, and clean and sanitize clothing, shoes, etc.
In addition, Invoices do not require hand signatures in person. We can send you a pdf file email and you can print,sign, and email it right back. In cases where COD is required we still accept checks and credit cards.
